NSW State Open Champs and Speedo Sprint Finals
Over the past 2 weekends our Ravens have been busy competing, with the juniors racing at Speedo Sprint Finals and the seniors racing at NSW State Open Championships.

Kayla, Kaitlyn, Georgie, Bella, Ben, Chloe M, Noah, Summer and Fraser represented Ravenswood as part of the SMNE Team competing at Speedo Sprint Finals. With everyone posting plenty of personal best times; a standout performance went to Chloe M, winning the 13 years 50m Backstroke. Other medal winners on the day were, Ben as a member of the Free relay team winning Bronze, Chloe M winning Bronze in the 13 years 50m Free and as a member of the Free relay winning Gold, Summer winning Bronze in the 9 years 50m Fly, and Fraser as a member of the Medley relay winning Gold.
Meanwhile over the past weekend, our senior Ravens competed against the top swimmers in Australia, at the NSW State Open Championships. With competition very tough, places in the evening finals were hard fought for. Standout performances go to William, winning 3 Gold and 1 Bronze; Olivia, winning Bronze; Girls 4x100 Free relay winning Gold (Clare, Liv, Eli, Imy); Boys 4x100 Medley relay winning Bronze (Lewis, Tom, Andrew, Myles).
Congratulations to our A finalists, Olivia, Myles, Lewis, and the Boys 4x100 Free relay (Jack, Andrew, Myles, Lewis); as well as our B finalists, Olivia, Myles, Kyron, Andrew, Nick and Clare.
