NSW National Prep Meet
On Saturday 24 March, 19 of our Ravenswood swimmers competed at the NSW National Prep Meet held at SOPAC. This meet provided a good racing hit out for those swimmers preparing for Australian Age Nationals or looking to gain qualifying times. Our Ravens had a strong meet with well executed race plans and many personal best times swum.

Congratulations to Jemima Fitzgerald and Eli Malkin who both pick up qualifying times for Australian Age in the 100m Back and 200m Free respectively; and to Ashley Halfpenny who dipped under 30 seconds for the 4th time in as many weeks to ensure the Girls 13-14 years 4x50m Freestyle relay qualification for Australian Age. Another standout performance came in the 100m Free, with Keegan Halfpenny and Ned Waddington going head to head in the same heat, both dropping nearly 2 seconds off their personal best times.
