Notice of Ravenswood Swimming Club AGM 8 June 2022

I would like to remind you that the Ravenswood Swim Club AGM is being held tonight via Zoom. We are currently seeking members to join our committee and continue to grow our club. Being a member of the Swim Club Committee is a wonderful way of supporting the Swim Club, learning more and being involved.

Please note: At the conclusion of the Finance Report, all Office Bearer’s step down and the control of the Meeting will be handed to the Head Coach to conduct the nomination and election of Officer Bearers for the 2022/2023 Swim Club Season.

We are seeking nominations for the position of:

• President, Ravenswood Swim Club
• Secretary, Ravenswood Swim Club
• Treasurer, Ravenswood Swim Club
• Registrar, Ravenswood Swim Club
• Race Secretary, Ravenswood Swim Club
• 3 x General Committee Members, Ravenswood Swim Club
