Notice of AGM on Saturday 18th May, 2024

Dear Ravenswood Swim Club parents and Committee Members,

We invite you to join us for the 2024 Ravenswood Swimming Club (AGM) on18th May 2024 to be held at Ravenswood, 10 Henry St Gordon NSW 2072 at the conclusion of the Club Championships (meeting not commencing before 1:30pm).

Please note: At the conclusion of the Finance Report, all Office Bearer’s step down and the control of the Meeting will be handed to the Head Coach Leanne Thompson to conduct the nomination and election of Officer Bearers for the 2024/2025 Swim Club Season.

We are seeking nominations for the position of:

  • President, Ravenswood Swim Club
  • Secretary, Ravenswood Swim Club
  • Treasurer, Ravenswood Swim Club
  • Registrar, Ravenswood Swim Club
  • Race Secretary, Ravenswood Swim Club
  • 3 x General Committee Members, Ravenswood Swim Club

Being a member of the Committee is a wonderful way of supporting the Swim Club. Please see the existing Constitution for basic job responsibilities and I am more than happy to speak to you about the roles and responsibilities in further detail.

We thank everyone for your support attending training, club race meets and many external competitions over the last year.

We look forward to welcoming you to the 2024 Ravenswood Swim Club AGM.
