Hello Competitors and Families,

This Saturday is the Ravenswood Swimming Club Invitational Meet.

We are looking forward to hosting you at the meet.

Please see below some valuable information to assist you with navigating the meet.

Meet program (attached) – detailing timeline and your child’s events.

WARM UP

We have split the warmup into two sessions to provide teams with appropriate space to warm up. The warmups are for 15mins only.

Session 1 (12:10pm – 12:30pm) Ravenswood

Session 2 (12:30pm – 1:00pm) Ku-ring-gai and Narrabeen

Please make sure you arrive for your selected warmup time so we can start the meet on time.

Timekeeping – we will require 12 volunteers to assist with timekeeping. Please check in with the recording table when you arrive to offer your assistance.

Entry via Gate 12 on Ravenswood Ave, Gordon

Parking
Limited street parking on Ravenswood Avenue or Henry Street. Additional parking available in the commuter parking station opposite the school.

Doors Open 12:15pm

Warm Up 12:30pm
Racing 1:15pm

BBQ + Cake Stall
Our committee will be running a BBQ and Cake Stall for the duration of the meet. We recommend you visit them throughout the meet for fueling all family members.
